Lead Product Manager
DealRoom is a fast-growing, multi-product SaaS company focused on transforming M&A processes. The Lead Product Manager will own a critical product domain, drive measurable business impact, and collaborate closely with Engineering and Design to deliver customer-centric solutions.

Responsibilities
Partner with Engineering & Design to learn directly from customers & iterate quickly
Lead initiatives from discovery through delivery, keeping momentum through obstacles
Own a critical product area, shipping products that improve how customers work and drive business results
Shape 1-2 year strategy for your area, making bold calls on priorities and build/buy/partner decisions
Bring customer voice to leadership through compelling stories and data
Show exceptional product sense by shipping intuitive experiences and knowing when to simplify or sunset features
Spot market shifts early through customer insight and identify opportunities in AI and automation
Drive revenue impact by understanding buyer needs and evaluating investments with financial modeling
Identify patterns across customer segments to spot early signals of success and churn
Build support for your team's work, influencing leadership and stakeholders through customer insights
Qualification
Required
Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future visa sponsorship
Experience in product management, particularly in a SaaS environment
Strong understanding of customer-centric product development
Ability to partner with Engineering and Design teams
Experience in leading product initiatives from discovery through delivery
Ability to shape long-term product strategy and make prioritization decisions
Strong storytelling and data presentation skills to convey customer insights to leadership
Exceptional product sense with a focus on intuitive user experiences
Ability to identify market shifts and opportunities through customer insights
Experience in driving revenue impact through understanding buyer needs and financial modeling
Ability to identify patterns across customer segments to predict success and churn
Strong influencing skills to build support for product initiatives among leadership and stakeholders
