They are seeking an Equipment Support Team Technician responsible for performing routine and preventive maintenance on fabrication equipment, troubleshooting issues, and assisting with factory improvement projects.

Responsibilities
Ability to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment, machinery, and building systems
The candidate will be expected to perform maintenance and assist Operations with error recovery of the AMHS system
The candidate will be required to use PAPR respiratory breathing protection and personal protective equipment (PPE) for various tasks
Demonstrated ability to drive assigned tasks to completion on time with attention to detail
Maintain excellent verbal and written communication skills, and have a strong desire to succeed while being a dedicated team player
Ensure compliance with safety standards and Broadcom policy
Keep tools, supplies, and work areas clean and organized
The preferred candidate must be actively enrolled in the Broadcom employee upskilling program with FRCC, pursuing a two-year associate degree in Automation and Engineering Technology, or actively enrolled in a related field
Willingness to participate as a member of the Emergency Response Team (ERT/Hazmat/MERT)
Candidates must have a proven positive attendance record
Must not have been on a Corrective Action Plan in the last year
1+ years of related experience required
