Sr. Sales Commission Analyst

The Sr. Sales Commission Analyst will work with Sales Management, Sales Operations, and Finance to ensure accurate implementation of incentive commission plans and timely payment of commissions.

Responsibilities

Reconciliation of commission discrepancies and data anomalies
Distribution of commission related reports to management and sales personnel
Assistance with month-end dose financial reporting and analysis
Assistance with internal process improvement initiatives
General report on sales and business Operations statistics
Ad hoc reporting and analysis

Qualification

Finance/Accounting experienceAutomated sales commissions systemsAdvanced Microsoft ExcelCRM Software experienceVerbal communication skillsWritten communication skillsOrganizational skillsWork under pressure

Required

Education Required: Bachelors, preferably in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field
Experience Required: 8+ Years in Finance/Accounting role
Proficient in advanced level of competence with Microsoft Excel
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Software
Ability to organize and summarize large volumes of detailed information
Ability to work under pressure

Preferred

Experience in automated sales commissions systems and their set-up and operation is a plus (e.g. Xactly, SAP SuccessFactors etc.)
