Follow up before and after travel to confirm details and collect feedback
Address client concerns with empathy, patience, and effective problem-solving
Qualification
Required
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Prior customer service experience
High attention to detail and strong organizational habits
Ability to learn new tools, software, and booking platforms quickly
A passion for travel and a genuine interest in helping clients plan memorable trips
