Responsibilities

Negotiate savings and favorable terms on all purchases, consistently delivering cost reductions and value for the business

Oversee and refine purchase request workflows, ensuring rapid, accurate execution and proactively identifying opportunities to accelerate and improve the process

Champion a culture of continuous improvement, designing and implementing innovative solutions that streamline procurement and support company goals

Partner with the Procurement Manager to leverage data-driven insights, optimize spend, and elevate procurement performance

Develop, distribute, and analyze RFPs for offsite events, including complex hotel and meeting space negotiations

Required

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field; advanced degree a plus

3–5 years of progressive experience in procurement, finance, or contract management, with a proven record of negotiating savings and driving impact

Hands-on experience with SaaS contracts and negotiations, Purchase Order (PO) and/or Contract Lifecycle Management systems (e.g., SAP, Apttus, Conga); Coupa expertise strongly preferred

Exceptional communication and customer service skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels

Superior organizational skills and attention to detail; able to manage competing priorities and deliver results under pressure

Advanced proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Google Sheets; experience with procurement analytics tools is a plus

Highly self-motivated, analytical, and solutions-oriented, with a track record of leading projects and driving cross-functional collaboration

Comfortable navigating ambiguity and thriving in high-growth, fast-paced environments
