Responsibilities
Own the systems and workflows that remove the 'work around work' and make practicing on Rula seamless
Simplify day-to-day tasks, reduce burnout, and create an experience that supports strong clinical outcomes and a healthy practice
Manage scheduling & caseload management
Oversee session delivery & AI-supported workflows
Automate documentation & compliance processes
Develop tools that improve efficiency and reduce burnout
Partner with Design, Engineering, Provider Operations, Clinical Leadership, Support, and Product Marketing
Qualification
Required
5+ years of product management experience
Demonstrated success improving the supply-side experience in a marketplace (e.g., sellers, hosts, providers) and driving clear, measurable impact in retention, efficiency, or monetization
Proven ability to simplify complex, multi-step workflows and redesign them into intuitive, high-efficiency product experiences
Effective communication and alignment skills across diverse stakeholders and technical teams
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with comfort using data, experimentation, and qualitative insights to make decisions
Preferred
Experience building products for time-constrained professional users, with a strong ability to understand their motivations, constraints, and day-to-day workflows
Experience working on products that leverage AI/ML and automation to streamline workflows or reduce repetitive tasks
