The Senior Engineer AI/ML & Digital Transformation will be the first engineering leader within the DevStudio, responsible for delivering AI/ML and digital transformation projects while building the team and technical foundation of the new product and services division.

Responsibilities
Deliver AI/ML and digital transformation projects
Build the team, processes, and technical foundation of our new product and services division
Work directly with the CEO and influence the direction of our tech, product, and delivery strategy
Qualification
Required
4–7+ years engineering experience (software, data, or AI/ML)
Strong architecture fundamentals (cloud, APIs, integrations, data flows)
Hands-on experience with AI/ML tools, LLM integration, or automation work
Experience working in delivery, consultancy, or project-based environments
Process-oriented mindset with strong attention to execution
Excellent communicator who can talk to both engineers and clients
Preferred
Insurance industry experience (claims, underwriting, MGA/MGU, carrier)
Experience in digital transformation or enterprise modernization
Prior leadership experience (tech lead, team lead, or similar)
Startup, consultancy, or ex-FAANG pedigree (or equivalent quality)
