EFT Payments Specialist II

Responsibilities
Processes and verifies payments denominated in USD and Foreign Currency
Resolves all exception items identified in Stopped Incoming, Unsent Domestic, and Unsent International workflows
Validates the authenticity of outgoing payment request
Reverses all incoming transactions with ambiguous or missing information
Resolves all EFT inquires/investigations as received from partner banks by phone or email
Reviews and decisions rejected wires
Checks SWIFT Terminal for new messages
Processes Third-Party Service Provider Drawdown Settlements
Prepares DDA and Prologue GL entries for posting
Performs End-of-Day and ACH Reconcilement
Processes Foreign Exchange products
Maintains knowledge of applicable regulations, policies, and procedures
Complies with all banking laws and regulations and maintains the confidentiality of bank and customer information
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
3-5 years' bank operations or wire transfer experience
Software: Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)
Ability to work in a multi-tasking, fast paced environment

Strong oral and written communication skills
Ability to perform highly detailed work timely and accurately
Problem solving skills
Individual should possess good interpersonal skills and be able to work within and foster a team environment
