Responsibilities
Serve as the primary face of the community—building deep relationships and ensuring every interaction reflects the brand’s values
Lead, host, and manage ride-outs, events, community meetups, and activations across various cities
Create an ongoing calendar of community activities, trips, and grassroots initiatives
Oversee digital community spaces (Discord, forums, groups) to keep conversations active, positive, and aligned with the brand’s vibe
Identify new event opportunities, evaluate their fit, and manage logistics from planning through post-event wrap-up
Maintain strong presence within local and national culture scenes
Build genuine relationships across all walks of life—no ego, inclusive of everyone from casual riders to die-hard enthusiasts
Operate with a high degree of independence; handle rapid decision-making and fast-changing needs
Collaborate with internal teams to support larger brand goals and take work off leadership’s plate
Travel frequently for events, community activations, and cross-country trips as needed
Qualification
Required
Prior experience leading community, events, field marketing, or grassroots cultural initiatives
A naturally charismatic, outgoing, highly extroverted personality—comfortable hosting, speaking, and leading groups
Deep familiarity with culture tied to bikes, outdoor lifestyle, skate/surf, action sports, or similar scenes
Genuine love for e-bikes and the associated communities
Experience managing and moderating online community channels (ideally Discord)
Strong operational and logistical skills; able to plan, coordinate, and execute events end-to-end
Comfortable working irregular hours (evenings/weekends) for events and community gatherings
Able to travel frequently and thrive on the road
Confident, resourceful, proactive, and able to work well under pressure
Senior enough to take ownership, make decisions, and represent the brand long-term
