Responsibilities
Develop, pitch, and execute a strategic roadmap of subscription pricing opportunities
Track business performance, including subscriber and financial KPIs
Monitor industry trends and competitors to identify opportunities/threats
Develop narratives and visualizations for executive presentations
Assess new business proposals and develop strategic plans
Support special projects and initiatives assigned by senior leadership
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including finance, analytics, marketing, and BD
Qualification
Required
Deep understanding of the subscription business model and key drivers
In-depth knowledge of subscription pricing strategies
Expertise and experience in the music and audio sector
Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or related field
Preferred
Deeply analytical, have excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Able to analyze and translate business trends into recommendations
Able to build compelling Keynote presentations to develop stakeholder buy-in
A talented communicator, and confident in presenting to senior executives
Highly collaborative, and capable of working across diverse teams and functions
Able to prioritise, manage timelines, and deal effectively with pressure
A desire to work in a hands-on, fast paced, and changing environment
