Responsibilities
Prospect and convert leads (both inbound and outbound)
Conduct buyer and seller consultations
Negotiate contracts
Attend weekly team meetings and coaching sessions
Follow daily prospecting standards
Deliver exceptional client service
Qualification
Required
Active Massachusetts real estate license (non-negotiable)
Bachelor's degree OR professional work experience (healthcare, teaching, traditional sales, project management, HR, or similar backgrounds)
Full-time commitment with schedule flexibility (sometimes you'll work evenings/weekends for clients, but this is your primary career)
Coachable and willing to learn to become a salesperson
Understand this is consultative sales, not just 'relationship building' or just 'showing nice homes'
Ready to follow proven systems and accept coaching
