Account Manager - Ecommerce Marketing
DYODE is an industry-recognized eCommerce agency focused on web development and digital marketing. They are seeking an Account Manager to serve as the main point of contact for clients, manage communications, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and project success.

Responsibilities
Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, managing day-to-day communications and building strong client relationships
Attend all client meetings and lead logistics—including scheduling, setting agendas, and taking comprehensive notes
Disperse meeting notes, updates, and action items to internal stakeholders (media buyers, designers, email strategists, etc.)
Coordinate with internal teams to gather responses and updates for client questions and requests
Proactively manage timelines, expectations, and deliverables to keep projects on track
Create and deliver client-facing slide decks and presentations for both paid advertising and retention (email/SMS) reporting
Receive and communicate upcoming marketing campaigns, product launches, and key initiatives from the client to internal teams
Anticipate client needs, answer questions in real-time during meetings, and ensure ongoing client satisfaction
Document action items, deadlines, and responsibilities after each meeting and follow up as needed
Gather campaign details from the client and translate them into clear, actionable creative briefs for internal teams, including required copy, visual assets, design direction, and brand guidelines
Collect all needed assets from the client (images, videos, copy, offers, and landing pages) and organize them for internal use throughout the creative and media production process
Set up shell ads in Meta Ads Manager by uploading client-provided assets, inputting copy, and ensuring correct audiences, tracking, and structure before handing off to the media team for launch
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience in account management or client services, ideally in a marketing or advertising agency setting
Clear and professional communicator for both written and verbal styles
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple clients, meetings, and tasks without dropping the ball
Comfortable using Monday.com for project management
Experience preparing and delivering performance reports and client presentations
Familiarity with ecommerce, digital advertising (Google/Meta), and retention marketing (email/SMS)
Strong interpersonal skills; you know how to build trust and rapport with clients and internal teams alike
Calm under pressure and confident leading calls, even when priorities shift quickly
Eligibility for Meta Business Manager access, including an active Facebook personal profile with a minimum two-year history and no previous account suspensions
