FASTSIGNS of Fullerton is seeking a Production Graphic Designer to join their team. The role involves operating large format print equipment and managing the design workflow to produce creative signage and interior décor projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Operate and maintain large format print equipment

Maintain design workflow

Set up projects to be produced successfully

Maintain database of project files

Communicate effectively with all areas of the business (sales, design, production)

Set the day-to-day workflow for print production

Required

Have a BA in Graphic Design or equivalent certifications or skills

Creative individual who is highly motivated to share their passion and skills

Detail oriented, with a focus on quality work in a timely manner

Ability to handle stress and deadlines efficiently and confidently

Able to implement constructive feedback

Able to maintain the scope of work across a variety of projects

Set the day-to-day workflow for print production

Able to maintain database of project files

Able to effectively communicate with all areas of the business (sales, design, production)

Proficient skills/knowledge in Adobe CS5 or higher

Must be able to routinely lift 50 lbs

Preferred

Prepress and printing experience

Experience in operating and maintaining large format print equipment

Experience with color corrections and visual communication production

Experience in typography, environmental design, and design concepts

Ability to determine the best output method for the particular job

Ability to work under pressure to output high volume, high-quality work
