Responsibilities
Install, maintain, and repair residential plumbing systems and fixtures, including toilet replacements, faucet replacements, water heater replacements, soldering, and common plumbing repairs
Inspect plumbing systems for safety, functionality, water quality, and code compliance in residential homes
Respond to call-outs, diagnose plumbing issues, and implement effective solutions to restore system functionality
Communicate with customers to explain plumbing issues, solutions, and recommended services, ensuring customer satisfaction
Prepare accurate cost estimates for plumbing work and advise customers on potential improvements or necessary repairs
Perform routine maintenance tasks such as checking water heaters, pipes, and fixtures to ensure optimal system performance
Utilize Service Titan software for tracking repairs, service history, and customer interactions, ensuring accurate documentation
Ensure all work adheres to local plumbing codes, industry standards, and safety regulations
Handle customer queries, resolve concerns, and provide timely responses to all service requests, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience as a plumber or similar role, with a focus on residential plumbing
Proficient in installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems, including soldering and fixture replacements
Strong communication and listening skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
Ability to perform accurate work while adhering to plumbing codes and regulations
A commitment to delivering exceptional service with a positive attitude
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Preferred
Plumbing certification or equivalent field experience from a technical/trade school preferred
Experience with Service Titan or similar trade software is a plus
