They are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Foreclosure Specialist to manage and execute foreclosure-related tasks to ensure timely and compliant processing of judicial and non-judicial foreclosure actions.

Responsibilities

Process and review foreclosure files, including claims, documentation, and lien releases
Communicate with attorneys, paralegals, title companies, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate processing
Process claims, ensuring documentation is accurate and complete
Ensure compliance with all regulations
Provide initial quality control review for document execution of financial foreclosure documents
Calculate and prepare foreclosure judgement figures and state required documents
Other job duties as assigned

Required

1-3 years foreclosure or mortgage default related experience
Strong knowledge of mortgage servicing, RESPA, FFDCPA, GLBA, federal and state laws related to foreclosure processes, and mortgage loan documentation
Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Access
Ability to read legal terms and conditions and understand their meaning and how it applies to work processes
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Occasional travel up to 10% required
