Project Management Support Specialist
CYPFER is a global leader in cybersecurity, specializing in ransomware post-breach remediation. They are seeking a Project Management Support Specialist to assist the Global Project Management Team in daily operations, ensuring seamless coordination and exceptional client service throughout the engagement lifecycle.

Responsibilities
Support the Project Management team with daily operational tasks as well as the engagement invoicing process
Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality service & support on all activities assigned
Support the Project Management leadership producing and improving reporting needs
Support the Project Management leadership with new initiatives
Ensure consistent, timely resolution of issues related to the role activities
Ensure consistent professional conduct
Assist in reporting and documentation for client engagements, leadership and commercial activities
While the role is not technical in nature, the understanding of the fundamental services CYPFER offers in the marketplace and how these services align with security compliance requirements and/or incident response, or digital forensics is key
Qualification
Required
Strong business communication skills
Proven experience supporting project coordination, using applications, or client-facing roles
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a high-pressure environment
Strong problem-solving capabilities and critical thinking under time-sensitive conditions
Strong presentation skills and the ability to articulate complex concepts to cross-functional audiences
Comfort in customer-facing situations with strong written/verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical, internal and external stakeholders
Strong understanding of data manipulation, reporting, application data flows, etc
Preferred
Familiarity with cybersecurity services, digital investigations, and compliance frameworks
Bachelor's degree or 3+ years of equivalent experience
Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
Experience supporting executive-level stakeholders and cross-functional teams
Strong / Advanced Excel/Smartsheet knowledge
Strong understanding and experience with SharePoint
Ability to work flexible hours, including some evenings if required
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Prior exposure to the cybersecurity industry or technical incident support
Ability to acquire and develop a strong understanding of the fundamentals of digital investigations and their underlying principles, as well as CYPFER services provided
