Responsibilities
Build strong customer relationships by providing knowledge and understanding of new and existing customer needs and expectations as it pertains to general electrical in-home service calls
Identify, analyze, troubleshoot, and complete repairs of equipment and electrical faults in residential and commercial settings
Comply with service standards, work instructions and customers’ requirements
Maintain a clean, organized job site and well inventoried truck
Be accurate and timely with invoices, timecards, curbside feedback and option sheets
Participate actively in all training exercises, continued education, morning meetings, trade shows and retreats
Qualification
Required
Must be Licensed with knowledge of local electrical codes and ability to make on-the-job applications
Proven track record in electrical techniques including electrical hardware, junction boxes and circuit breaker units, trace lines and reading wiring diagrams
Strong written and verbal communication skills
High integrity with the strong desire to be better tomorrow than you are today
Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
Must be able to pass drug screen and background check
Must be physically able to be on feet 8 hours a day
Must be physically able to perform strenuous labor including lifting heavy objects (75lbs. and up) on a daily basis
Must be able to work in extreme heat and cold
Must be able to climb up and down a ladder numerous times throughout the day
