Join a Chambers Band 1-ranked Real Estate Practice handling complex real estate and lending matters for some of the industry’s largest life insurance company lenders

Experience with a range of sophisticated commercial real estate transactions, including loans, portfolio transactions, construction and permanent financings, acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing

Experience drafting and negotiating loan documents and real estate contracts, analyzing title and survey matters, and addressing due diligence issues
