Responsibilities
Processing cash transactions
Opening deposit, savings and credit card accounts
Discussing loan and retirement products
Building meaningful relationships with our members to discover their needs and provide a superior level of customer service and expertise
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Demonstrated customer service skills
Demonstrated aptitude and desire for sales achievement and strong interpersonal skills in a team environment
Basic math skills
Excellent verbal communication (Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus)
Working knowledge of Windows-based PC products
Ability to see and hear, write and speak English
Ability to type repetitive keystrokes
Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
Ability to occasionally move freely (standing, stooping, walking, bending, pushing and pulling) and lift up to a maximum of 25 pounds without assistance or with reasonable accommodation
This position is in-person. You'll thrive in the energetic environment of our retail stores
As part of your week, you may occasionally travel between various Grow locations
In this role, you'll participate in Saturday coverage rotation, with flexible availability required
