Area Sales Manager (Pacific Northwest)
Elementia USA is seeking an Area Sales Manager to drive sales profitability and growth in the Pacific Northwest. The role involves managing sales operations, securing new business accounts, and leading a sales team to achieve revenue goals.

Responsibilities
Leading and motivating sales teams to achieve sales targets and revenue goals
Establishes, develops, and maintains business relationships with current customers and prospective customers in the assigned territory/market segment to generate new business for the organization’s products/services
Bring additional Distribution and Merchant partners on board
Developing sales programs that maximize sales from assigned accounts to target accounts
Analyzing market trends
Developing sales strategies
Identifying opportunities for business growth
Overseeing and conducting market research to develop and implement sales initiatives
Attend trade events/expos/conferences to grow presence in designated region
Expedites the resolution of customer problems and complaints
Keeps up to date on product applications, technical services, market conditions, competitive activities, advertising, and promotional trends
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 3 years of experience in fiber cement, building materials, or related industry
Excellent technical knowledge of the fiber cement manufacturing industry
Proven track record of consistent growth in previous roles
Results-oriented and able to work both independently and within a team environment
Confident and practiced in giving presentations to small and large groups
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite applications and CRM software is essential
Ability to identify new initiatives and apply them
Handling customer inquiries directly and in a timely manner
Coach, advise, and motivate Territory Sales Managers (TSM)
Plan strategically
Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the company and business partners
Positive response to change – must be used to and comfortable with operating in a world-class, quality assured environment where continuous improvement is a constant focus
Delivering results and meeting customer expectation
Multitasking and maintaining accurate records
Proactive approach to solving issues and delivering successful results
