They are seeking a Project Manager III to lead complex engineering projects in power delivery systems, providing full lifecycle leadership including scope, schedule, cost, risk, quality, and client relationship management.

Responsibilities
Manage contracts and project scopes ranging from $1M–$5M+, ensuring all technical deliverables meet client and regulatory standards
Develop budgets, milestone schedules, resource plans, and monthly status reports for clients and subconsultants
Lead stakeholder engagement, anticipate risks, negotiate solutions, and support long-term client relationships
Oversee QA/QC, safety compliance, and adherence to codes, standards, and permitting requirements
Guide field coordination, site visits, commissioning activities, and construction support documentation
Mentor engineering teams, contribute to process standardization, and support cross-department alignment
Lead onboarding, training initiatives, and knowledge transfer across the PMO
Qualification
Required
10+ years of project management experience in utilities engineering or very similar technical fields
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, or similar field required
Strong analytical skills, contract management knowledge, and experience with complex multi-discipline projects
Excellent communication, leadership, and client relationship skills
Preferred
PE license and/or PMP certification strongly preferred
