Responsibilities
Lead and manage security operations programs, including threat detection, incident response, and security monitoring, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and security standards
Develop and maintain security processes, playbooks, and documentation to streamline security operations and incident management
Coordinate and facilitate communication between security teams, cloud operations, and other stakeholders during security incidents and investigations
Analyze security metrics, logs, and data to identify trends, potential vulnerabilities, and areas for improvement in security operations
Implement and manage security tools, technologies, and automation to enhance threat detection and response capabilities
Stay updated on emerging security threats, attack vectors, and industry trends, and provide recommendations for security enhancements
Collaborate with the product development teams to integrate security best practices into the cloud service offerings
Mentor and guide junior team members and promote a culture of continuous security improvement
Qualification
Required
Strong technical expertise in security operations and program management
Excellent program management skills
Strategic mindset to drive security improvements across the organization
Experience managing and coordinating security operations programs, projects, and initiatives
Ability to work closely with various teams, including security engineering, cloud operations, and product development
Experience in threat detection, incident response, and security monitoring
Ability to develop and maintain security processes, playbooks, and documentation
Experience coordinating and facilitating communication during security incidents and investigations
Ability to analyze security metrics, logs, and data to identify trends and vulnerabilities
Experience implementing and managing security tools, technologies, and automation
Knowledge of emerging security threats, attack vectors, and industry trends
Experience collaborating with product development teams to integrate security best practices
Ability to mentor and guide junior team members

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
