Responsibilities
Drives stability and process improvements through measurement, detailed analysis and process controls
Creates and maintains process work instructions and standard operating procedures
Troubleshoots and solves process issues to ensure production targets are met
Reviews, understands and meets customer quality requirements
Responsible in the development, optimization, and documentation of new processes and equipment
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in: Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science, or a related field required; or 10 years practical experience
Good interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written, ability to produce publishable technical documents
Skilled in the use of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Power Point, etc.)
Able to work in collaborative team environments
U.S. Person or Permanent Residency required per government contract(s)
Preferred
Five or more years plating experience in R&D, manufacturing or product development
3D CAD modeling knowledge/Autodesk Inventor experience is a plus but not required
