Sales Manager | DoubleTree Williamsburg
Shamin Hotels is seeking a passionate and dedicated Hotel Sales Manager to join their team in Williamsburg, VA. The role involves driving revenue growth by developing and implementing sales strategies, building relationships with clients, and leading a sales team to achieve targets.

Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue goals, including targeting key market segments, identifying potential clients, and creating compelling sales proposals
Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, event planners, and other business partners to generate leads and secure bookings
Identify new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and attending industry events and conferences
Prepare and deliver engaging sales presentations to prospective clients, highlighting the unique features and benefits of our hotel and services
Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions while protecting the interests of the hotel
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to forecast revenue potential and adjust sales strategies accordingly
Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets, providing coaching, training, and support as needed
Coordinate with other hotel departments, including operations, marketing, and events, to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and maximize guest satisfaction
Prepare regular sales reports and analysis, tracking performance against targets, identifying trends, and recommending corrective actions as necessary
Provide exceptional customer service to clients throughout the sales process, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in hotel sales or hospitality sales, with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
Thorough understanding of the hotel industry, market trends, competitor landscape, and sales techniques
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively with clients
Strong leadership qualities, with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team to achieve goals and exceed expectations
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify opportunities, and make strategic decisions
Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and building long-term relationships with clients
Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
