Responsibilities
The intern will work in collaboration with departmental staff on a variety of projects and programs
Specific tasks and projects will be explained further during the interview stage with department management
Intern positions are available in the following departments: Loan Servicing (Real Estate)
Exposure to the entire Real Estate environment including Mortgage Sales, Loan Operations, Secondary Marketing, Lending Compliance and Collections
Exposure to general management concepts
An introduction to Mortgage Sales and Lending Fundamentals
Will be involved in some other special projects for the department
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled in B.A./B.S. in field related to area applied for
Critical thinking skills, ability to work independently
Keen attention to detail
Tech savvy, MS Office proficiency
Commitment to delivery of exceptional customer service to both internal and external clients (candidates, visitors and vendors)
