Responsibilities
Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on all process equipment
Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions in a timely manner
Collaborate with engineering teams to improve equipment efficiency and reliability
Implement preventative maintenance schedules to minimize downtime
Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards during all operations
Contribute to a continuous improvement culture within the World Class framework such as 8Ds, Production Management Routines (PMRs), etc
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification is preferred
Minimum of 3 years of industrial maintenance experience with mechanical and/or electrical education or equivalent training/apprenticeship
3 - 5 years of experience in chemical processes or electronics manufacturing
Proven experience with repair and preventative maintenance work on Program Logic Control (PLC) machines in a production facility
Strong understanding of mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Strong communication skills for effective teamwork and documentation
Willingness to work flexible hours and respond to emergency situations as needed
