Responsibilities
Design, develop, and configure OnBase workflows, WorkView applications, Unity Forms, and Document Composition
Implement custom scripts and automations to enhance system functionality
Integrate OnBase with enterprise applications (ERP, CRM, HR systems) using APIs and web services
Develop and maintain APIs for seamless data exchange
Perform system upgrades, patches, and maintenance
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to OnBase applications
Manage user roles, security settings, and system configurations
Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements
Prepare technical documentation, system diagrams, and user guides
Provide training and support to end-users
Conduct testing and validation of OnBase solutions
Ensure compliance with best practices for scalability, security, and performance
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
3+ years of hands-on experience with Hyland OnBase development and configuration
Strong understanding of document management and workflow automation
Proficiency in C#, .NET, SQL, JavaScript, HTML/CSS
Experience with OnBase modules (Workflow, WorkView, Unity API, DIP)
Familiarity with system integration and data migration
Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Preferred
OnBase certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Workflow Administrator)
Experience in industries such as healthcare, finance, or higher education
Knowledge of BPM, RPA, or AI technologies
