Responsibilities

Lead the planning and execution of business analysis initiatives that drive strategic objectives and operational excellence

Engage with stakeholders across business units to elicit, analyze, and document complex business requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals

Translate business needs into clear, actionable functional and technical specifications for solution design and implementation

Facilitate workshops, interviews, and collaborative sessions to uncover pain points, identify improvement opportunities, and build consensus on project priorities

Develop comprehensive business analysis plans, outlining key activities, deliverables, and timelines to ensure successful project outcomes

Serve as a strategic advisor to leadership, presenting findings and recommendations that support data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement

Work closely with development teams to design and validate technical solutions

Partner with cross-functional development teams to architect, implement, and validate technology solutions that support business objectives

Evaluate and optimize data flows, system integrations, and API connectivity across banking platforms to ensure seamless operations and scalability

Develop and maintain comprehensive data models, process maps, and technical documentation to support ongoing system enhancements and regulatory compliance

Required

Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related discipline

Minimum of five years' experience as a Business Analyst within banking or financial services, preferably in a family-owned, regional, or community-focused institution

Demonstrated expertise in core banking systems, digital banking platforms, and payment processing technologies

Proven experience with API integration, data mapping, and ETL processes

Proficiency in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall project management methodologies

Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

Strong commitment to customer service and stakeholder engagement, with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
