Responsibilities

Analyze complex business problems and develop structured hypotheses to guide problem-solving

Conduct in-depth quantitative and qualitative analysis to support strategic recommendations

Synthesize findings from research and analysis into clear, actionable insights to guide business decision making

Gather and interpret data from a variety of sources, including interviews and databases

Create compelling presentations (using Google Suite) to communicate complex data and findings effectively

Develop and maintain detailed project plans and trackers to monitor progress against milestones and deliverables

Own and drive specific workstreams within a larger engagement, including setting priorities, defining scope, and managing timelines

Proactively identify potential risks or roadblocks to project completion and develop mitigation strategies in collaboration with leadership

Structure complex problems into manageable phases with clear objectives and success metrics

Exhibit a strong bias for action and a proactive approach to overcoming project obstacles to achieve defined objectives

Required

2-4 years of experience in consulting, finance, startups, or a strategic business function

Data-driven problem solver; comfortable using SQL, Looker, or similar tools to build visibility and drive decisions

Strong program/project management skills with experience delivering cross-functional system rollouts

Strong people skills - able to influence a variety of stakeholders who are experts in their field, teaching them business best practices

Strong communicator who can navigate multiple cultural contexts with ease

Self-starter with high ownership, detail orientation, and ability to drive clarity in ambiguous environments

Willingness to travel both domestically and internationally at short notice

Fluency in English is required
