Responsibilities

Communicates with employees on a monthly basis through group meetings

Provides feedback to the Technical Support Manager on Strategic Initiatives for the organization

Reviews Preventive Maintenance intervals and backlog for pm compliancy

Reviews equipment aging to propose replacement/repair options to reduce our exposure as equipment goes beyond its estimated useful life

Establish a working environment that promotes continuous improvement and high morale

Working with production on scheduling maintenance and priorities aligned with production goals
