Head of Human Resources

Trivelta builds technology for modern gaming experiences, and they are seeking a strategic and operationally strong Head of Human Resources to lead all people-related functions. This leader will build and manage a unified HR infrastructure while tailoring policies and compliance practices to meet the needs of various business units.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute the multi-entity HR strategy aligned with companywide goals
Build scalable People Ops systems that function across U.S. and international subsidiaries
Advise executive leadership on org design, workforce planning, and change management
Serve as a trusted partner in supporting culture, employee engagement, and cross-entity alignment
Create, maintain, and enforce HR policies, handbooks, and SOPs for each entity
Ensure compliance with labor laws across multiple jurisdictions (U.S., MX, EU, etc.)
Oversee payroll operations, benefits administration, time-off policies, and local compliance requirements for each country/entity
Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, equipment provisioning, and HRIS upkeep (Gusto, Deel, etc.)
Own immigration, contractor classification, and cross-border employment requirements
Develop performance management cycles (90-day, 6-month, annual reviews)
Implement professional development programs, L&D initiatives, and internal mobility pathways
Promote a positive, inclusive culture across all subsidiaries and remote teams
Lead conflict resolution, investigations, disciplinary processes, and sensitive employee matters
Build engagement programs, company-wide communication frameworks, and all-hands processes
Implement and manage HRIS, payroll, MDM, and performance tools across entities
Own data integrity, reporting dashboards, and headcount analytics
Create unified documentation (Confluence Employee Hub, onboarding flows, policy libraries)
Serve as the centralized HR lead for the parent company while supporting entity-specific needs
Adapt HR processes to each entity’s regulatory, payroll, and staffing requirements
Build and manage localized HR leads or external HR partners as needed

Required

Ability to support culture, employee engagement, and cross-entity alignment
Experience creating, maintaining, and enforcing HR policies, handbooks, and SOPs for multiple entities
Knowledge of compliance with labor laws across multiple jurisdictions (U.S., MX, EU, etc.)
Experience overseeing payroll operations, benefits administration, time-off policies, and local compliance requirements
