Engagement in complex litigation in both state and federal court
Handling litigation involving first party property claims
Managing UM/UIM claims
Addressing Pennsylvania bad faith law and coverage disputes
Interacting with insurance agents and brokers
Conducting in-person court appearances and hearings
Participating in trials and depositions
Providing professional development and mentorship opportunities
Collaborating with team members to promote advancement in a collegial environment
Client interactions and handling appearances at hearings, depositions, and trials
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Civil Litigation
Experience with litigation involving first party property claims
Experience with UM/UIM claims
Experience with Pennsylvania bad faith law
Experience with coverage disputes and insurance agents/brokers
Licensed and admitted to practice in the State of Pennsylvania
Excellent litigation, writing, and persuasive speaking skills
Availability for in-person court appearances and hearings
Preferred
Trial experience is preferred but not mandatory
Admission to New Jersey is a plus
