Responsibilities
Research and analyze potential customers' credit and set credit limits
Set up and maintain customer records
Support branch operations regarding customers' accounts
Monitor customer accounts - balances and credit lines
Communicate with customers to resolve past due payments
Collaborate with colleagues to resolve customer issues
Business to business collections
Responsible for learning and following all applicable procedures and work instructions relating to the Company's quality and environmental system
Perform all other duties assigned by the Manager
Qualification
Required
Associate Degree in Accounting required (Significant applicable experience may be substituted for the education requirement
Good communication skills/phone skills required
Computer skills, including proficiency in G-Suite
Regular physical attendance at the worksite
Preferred
Bachelor Degree in Accounting preferred
SAP experience preferred
