Responsibilities
Lead organization-wide communications, marketing, and public engagement strategies that advance visibility and community connection
Serve as a primary media and public contact, preparing press materials, statements, and key messaging
Oversee digital content, social media, and marketing campaigns to promote programs, services, and initiatives
Coordinate crisis and emergency communication efforts to ensure clear, timely, and unified messaging
Partner with internal teams to support cohesive branding, internal communications, and collaborative outreach
Manage and develop communications staff while overseeing departmental resources and project workflows
Qualification
Required
Experience leading communications, marketing, or public engagement work in complex or multi-stakeholder environments
Strong writing, editing, and verbal communication skills across diverse media formats
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners in a professional and inclusive manner
Proficiency with digital communication tools, social platforms, and analytics to guide effective outreach
Demonstrated ability to lead projects, prioritize competing needs, and adapt to fast-paced or evolving situations
