Digital Media Planner
SCAN Group is a not-for-profit organization focused on addressing issues faced by older adults in the United States. The Digital Media Planner will be responsible for planning, managing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to enhance marketing visibility and drive direct-to-consumer sales outcomes.

Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with Marketing and Direct to Consumer Sales objectives to drive full funnel performance
Plan, setup, manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns directly in Google, Meta, and other platforms as needed
Collaborate with marketing team and agency partners to plan, coordinate, and deliver high performing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels including Paid Search, Performance Max, Paid Social, Display, Online Video and CTV
Optimize campaign performance through data-driven decision making, A/B testing, and continuous refinement of targeting, messaging, and creative elements
Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement
Compile detailed performance reports from agency partners that highlight ROI, conversion metrics, and other relevant KPIs for stakeholders into a shared repository
Stay current with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to implement innovative approaches that drive marketing and sales results
Sr / Lead Role (prioritizes assignments, provides assistance, scheduled work, but does NOT directly supervise

Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Advertising, Marketing, Business, Computer Science, Economics, User Experience, Mathematics, Psychology, or related field preferred
3-5 years of experience in digital marketing with deep expertise in digital media and direct-to-consumer marketing or comparable experience
Should have an understanding of digital campaign performance, attribution, and optimizations
Should have expertise in improving conversion funnel
Experience with SEO, SEM, Display Ads, Video Ads, Social Media Ads, and Connected TV is required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Familiarity with website analytics and reporting as it relates to digital marketing
Ability to work and deliver multiple projects simultaneously on tight deadlines
Excellent organizational and project management skills
Preferred
Experience with strategic planning is preferred
Agency background is preferred
Google AdWords, Analytics and Google Data Studio experience preferred
Social Media Experience with some of the following platforms: Meta, Youtube, TikTok, Snapchat, LinkedIn, NextDoor and Bluesky is preferred
