Responsibilities
Learn to create viral influencer collabs on a fast-paced team and work with your favorite influencers
Contribute to campaigns and other marketing projects with guidance tailored to your personal growth
Learn about influencer marketing standards and strategies, and develop exciting and engaging content as a result
Collaborate with key partners across marketing, design, product, engineering, and brand studio partners to develop ideas and content
Learn to negotiate with influencers & agencies to get the best rate
Identify trending influencers before they’ve hit mainstream
Support coordination of other projects across marketing as needed
Qualification
Required
A bachelor's degree by spring 2027
1+ year previous experience via internships, clubs, side projects, student organizations, etc
Experience collaborating with creators and influencers across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Twitch, Snapchat, etc., either for a brand or your personal social media
Strong Creative skills; experience working with creators and influencers to develop unique concepts to integrate brand deals into engaging content
Strong interpersonal skills; must be able to both negotiate strongly while maintaining goodwill with influencers, managers, agencies, etc
Preferred
Experience with brand ambassadorship programs for smaller influencers
Experience developing and deploying swag/merch for influencers
