FanDuel is seeking a Commercial Category Associate to support the NFL, Golf, and MMA categories within their Sportsbook business. This role involves coordinating and executing marketing campaigns, providing sport-specific analyses, and tracking performance against revenue objectives.

Responsibilities

Assist the Category Captain in gathering inputs and building portions of the long-term sport strategies, ensuring alignment with broader priorities

Assist in monitoring the current industry landscape, including competitor activity, market trends, and best practices

Aid in ensuring key stakeholders are apprised of campaign plans and working toward the same goals and objectives

Maintain a calendar of key sporting and campaign moments across the company

Be an expert on your specific sports — know the storylines & fan dynamics and help bring that knowledge to life in our strategies, campaigns and activations

Help manage launch timelines and deployment of marketing assets for campaigns during some of the biggest sporting moments of the year

Work with various marketing and commercial stakeholders to help execute effective communications strategies throughout the customer lifecycle

Develop creative briefs and requests with guidance to execute campaign deliverables

Draft presentations or post-mortem decks for marketing campaigns, maintaining a resource of past campaign results

Compile and share weekly or monthly performance snapshots, flagging notable risks, opportunities, and trends for the team to review

Required

Minimum of 2 years of experience

Bachelor's Degree required

An energizing and emphatic team player with the ability to work cross-functionally as a self-starter and quick learner

Strong attention to detail, outstanding organizational skills, project management skills, and ability to multi-task and prioritize

Comfortable managing concurrent projects in an ever-evolving, fast-paced landscape

Effective at relationship building and sensitive to stakeholders' needs

Preferred

Experience running marketing campaigns, timelines, and deployment in a robust business preferred
