Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales plans to achieve annual targets
Partner with customers to identify needs and propose effective technical solutions
Present and demonstrate value-added products clearly and confidently
Coordinate with internal support teams to troubleshoot and resolve customer challenges
Serve as the key link between customers and internal departments for delivery, performance, and design inquiries
Train customers on proper use and application of provided solutions
Identify, report, and help resolve customer issues, recommending improvements proactively and reactively
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's/Associate's degree or technical background through hands-on experience
3+ years of cutting tooling experience (strongly preferred)
Strong work ethic; self-motivated and confident in decision-making
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Professional presenter with persuasive, value-based selling skills
Consultative, customer-focused, and solutions-oriented
Creative problem solver
Willing to travel up to 50%
