Responsibilities
Plan, build, and execute event concepts and campaigns based on target customer data, including budget allocation and tactical mix selection
Implement creative and scalable digitally led and in-person experiences to drive new logos and accelerate pipeline to closed-won business
Forecast, measure, and analyze the impact of demand creation activities on sales pipeline and revenue against agreed goals
Own regional pipeline targets and conversion metrics while continuously optimizing the marketing lead funnel
Drive regional program goals and measurement criteria by crafting compelling offers and calls to action across all campaigns
Qualification
Required
4-5+ years of proven experience in B2B field marketing roles
Proven ability to drive cross-functional collaboration across diverse stakeholders and manage multiple complex campaigns simultaneously
Exceptional project and time management skills with a results-driven and accountable mindset
Experience successfully managing third-party vendors, contractors, and budgets
Preferred
Proficiency in Salesforce CRM reporting and Tableau
Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate professionally with senior executives and team members across the organization
Experience in enterprise account-based marketing (ABM) and managing sophisticated accounts
