Responsibilities

Performs moderate to marginally advanced configuration jobs with minimal assistance from Senior Technicians and Leads while following work instruction documents

Ensures that hardware/software installed on customer’s system is compatible and at the desired version level

Performs all other duties or special projects as assigned
