Responsibilities

Design, deploy, and maintain Windows Server environments (2016/2019/2022) across on-prem and cloud infrastructure

Manage and optimize Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy for on-prem and hybrid identity environments

Deploy and manage workloads in Azure and AWS

Automate provisioning, configuration management, and patching using Ansible and PowerShell

Monitor infrastructure health and performance using tools such as Splunk

Collaborate with Engineering Teams to ensure compliance and system hardening

Troubleshoot and resolve escalated Tier 3 issues related to Windows or cloud systems

Document architecture, configurations, and operational runbooks for internal knowledge sharing

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)

3–5+ years of experience managing Windows Server environments in enterprise settings

Strong proficiency with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy

Practical experience with Azure and AWS services and hybrid integrations

Scripting and automation expertise with PowerShell and Ansible

Solid understanding of networking, firewalls, and security best practices

Familiarity with ITIL-based change and incident management processes

Preferred

Experience with Microsoft Endpoint Management platforms (SCCM & Intune)

Knowledge of compliance frameworks (CIS & NIST)

Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate, Azure Administrator (AZ-104), AWS SysOps Administrator, or Red Hat Ansible Automation Specialist

Familiarity with infrastructure monitoring, alerting, and performance tuning
