They are seeking a Director of Financial Planning & Analysis to lead financial strategy, forecasting, and reporting, while collaborating with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to drive performance insights and data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities

Lead the annual operating plan, multi-year strategic plan, and monthly forecast process

Drive standardization and consistency in reporting, metrics, and performance tracking

Lead and mentor the FP&A team, fostering a culture of analytical excellence and continuous improvement

Act as the FP&A business partner for the ATI France entity and the Shanghai STAL joint venture

Operate as a key finance contributor to the Oracle ERP transformation project

Deliver forward-looking insights, variance analyses, and trend reporting

Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Sales, HR, and Supply Chain to align forecasts and financial targets to assumptions and functional inputs

Drive continuous improvement in financial processes, systems, and analytical tools

Operate as a trusted advisor to senior management, influencing business direction through data-driven insights

Support Sr. Director, Finance and other requests, as required
