Responsibilities

Process vendor payments, including receiving invoices, verifying amounts and authorizations, assigning appropriate general ledger accounts and cost objects, entering data, and printing/distributing payments. Payment methods include checks, wire transfers, and ACH transactions

Ensure timely processing, consistently meeting distribution deadlines while handling approximately 200+ invoices and initiating 100+ vendor payments per week

Determine 1099 eligibility for vendors and assist in the preparation and issuance of 1099 forms

Maintain Accounts Payable files, including vendor payments, open purchase orders, packing slips, and invoice records. Ensure documentation is consistently organized and stored promptly

Qualification

Accounts Payable Experience10 Key by TouchHigh School Diploma

Required

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and two years of accounts payable experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience

10 key by touch required
