Responsibilities

Support talent acquisition team with daily tasks
Manage candidate pipelines and applicant tracking systems to ensure timely and efficient progress throughout the recruitment process
Manages the pre-employment behavioral assessment and appropriate skill assessment processes
Schedules pre-screen calls with talent acquisition specialists
Manages rehire and internal transfers following established processes
Maintain candidate databases and ensure all recruitment activities are documented
Updates weekly reporting to ensure accuracy of requisitions
Reviews resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements
May manage the scheduling and logistics of interviews between candidates and hiring managers
Support the onboarding process by collecting necessary documentation prior to interview
Extends verbal and written contingent job offers
Compose and present offer letter for each filled position to the HRD/HRM for approval and signature
Refresh job postings regularly ensuring postings accurately reflect current openings
Provide support in other HR related tasks and projects as needed

Qualification

Applicant Tracking SystemsCommunication SkillsOrganizational SkillsLeadership ExperienceHuman Resources Degree

Required

Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field required
At least 6 months of work experience (internships included)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Able to work in the US and not require Visa Sponsorship now or in the future

Preferred

Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software (preferred)
Leadership experience in a campus organization (preferred)
