Lead Epic Clinical and Population Health Analyst

The Lead Epic Clinical and Population Health Analyst serves as the primary support contact for Ambulatory and Population Health applications, overseeing day-to-day operations and performing complex analysis, design, development, testing, and support services for assigned applications.

Responsibilities
Performs and coordinates complex analysis, design, development, testing, and support services for assigned applications
Responsible for—and oversees—the day-to-day tracking of issues and inquiries related to application operations
Requires flexibility in work hours, including potential schedule changes to support upgrades and participation in on-call coverage
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Computer Systems, or other related field
Two (2) to three (3) years of experience in system analysis and design, and support of clinical applications (e.g., Epic Cadence, Epic Cupid, Epic Healthy Planet, or other healthcare systems)
Management of projects 400+ hours
Strong knowledge of Epic Cadence and demonstrated ability to support clinical workflows within scheduling and/or patient care systems
Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical details for clinical users
Strong analytical, organizational, technical, and troubleshooting skills
Ability to analyze data, problem‐solve, and clearly communicate solutions
Ability to understand customer/clinical requirements and their impact on technical solutions
Ability to work in a complex multi‐communication‐channel environment
Ability to work independently and as a team member across multiple teams
Ability to develop, document, and ensure adherence to technical standards
Ability to independently research and perform analysis to resolve complex issues
Must be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage one's own work independently in a fast–paced environment with changing priorities
Must be able to maintain professionalism and react to customers appropriately while exhibiting the highest level of customer service
Skill at tracking tasks, defining next steps, identifying owners, and holding people accountable
Ability to coordinate activities involving multiple players, including vendors, subject matter experts, interface engine developers, and end users, to design, configure, and test interfaces
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
Strong knowledge of Cadence Epic Application
Requires knowledge of the client area's function and systems, technology alternatives, and the ability to work effectively with the client and IT management and staff
