Responsibilities

Manage IV bag production operations, including batching, filling, and packaging
Ensure compliance with FDA/cGMP, SOP’s, and quality standards for injectable products
Lead a team of production supervisors, operators and support staff
Drive production efficiency, yield and cost-effectiveness
Oversee equipment maintenance and validation of IV bag lines
Collaborate with Quality, Engineering and Supply Chain on production planning and issues resolution
Implement process improvements and technology upgrades to enhance productivity and quality
Manage inventory control and material flow for IV bag production
Ensure environmental monitoring and personnel controls meet sterile manufacturing requirements

Required

BS in Engineering, Pharmacy, or related field; MS preferred
5+ years in IV bag or injectable manufacturing experience
5+ years experience leading and managing a team
Up to 3 years experience with FDA/cGMP compliance and sterile manufacturing practices
Strong knowledge of IV bag production processes and equipment
Experience with process validation and continuous improvement initiatives
