PROJECT MANAGER - CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM
Corporate Environmental Risk Management is focused on delivering projects in the area of distribution and water and wastewater systems. The Project Manager will oversee the design process, manage contractors, and ensure that program protocols are followed while effectively communicating with clients.

Responsibilities
Managing contractors performing various wastewater and distribution systems projects including tracking schedule, budget, performance, utilization and submittals as well as holding status meetings
Provide input and recommendations to overcome Contractor problems encountered in the field
Coordinate with construction managers, community outreach, engineering, and contractors as needed
Client management, effectively communicating with clients to develop collaborative solutions
Discuss project results and recommendations with clients to facilitate informed decision-making
Writing, reviewing, and providing clear, concise input to investigation, regulatory, or solutions reports
Managing deliverables to scope, schedule, and budget
Attend regularly scheduled progress meetings
Coordinate with Construction Manager during the construction phase
Qualification
Required
Experience with Capital Improvement Programs (CIP)
Experience with various contracts: Design-Bid-Build (DBB), Design-Build (DB), Construction Manager At Risk (CMAR), Progressive-Design-Build (PDB)
Distribution Systems and Wastewater Systems Experience
Ability to work with Owner's representative through the planning, design and construction phases
Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel programs
Familiar with Project Management Information System (PMIS) software
Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or other applied subject
Minimum 5 years' technical experience in water/wastewater system assessment, design, and construction
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience in client service management
Valid Georgia Driver's License and maintain a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) that meets company policy standards
Preferred
Working knowledge of ArcGIS with associated production of maps, files, and lists
Delivery of consent decree programs
NASSCO certified (MACP and PACP)
Professional Engineer (PE)
Certifications related to project management - preferred but not required
