Responsibilities

Participate in the detailed planning of project tasks

Carry out assigned activities in accordance with the project plan

Solve issues and report bottlenecks as needed

Ensure the completion of each step within the timeframe originally planned

Track the progress of tasks and update monitoring indicators and KPIs

Conduct the project in such a way as to achieve the defined key indicators and project milestones as defined upstream

Facilitate meetings with the project team

Contribute to the coordination of activities to achieve the objectives

Regularly exchange with stakeholders, ensure their understanding of the subject and inform them of the overall progress of the project, particularly during dedicated committees

Organize dedicated committees, prioritization, and escalation points

Design the various communication materials useful to the project (presentation, brochure, deliverables, etc.) Maintain up-to-date project documentation, including reports and tracking records

Prepare meeting minutes and task status reports

Assess training needs

Ensure the drafting of documentation for user training
