Responsibilities
Origination of senior and mezzanine loans, preferred equity, and other structured products
Drafting and negotiating primary loan documents
Managing transactions independently from inception through closing and post-closing
Advising on asset management, workouts, and lender exit strategies, including repurchase facilities and secondary market transactions
Qualification
Required
4+ years of broad experience in real estate finance
Strong academic credentials and polished research, writing, and communication skills
A track record of handling sophisticated lender-side transactions
The confidence to run deals and the judgment to anticipate issues before they arise
A collaborative mindset and the ambition to help build a nationally recognized practice
Must hold a JD and be admitted to practice in the jurisdiction where you intend to sit
