Management Consulting
Responsibilities
Draft and negotiate commercial and licensing agreements
Advise on IP, technology transactions, cloud computing, AI/ML, software, and semiconductor matters
Provide product counseling and regulatory advice (including CCPA, GDPR, and open-source licenses)
Assist with cross-border transactions and international licensing
Support IP aspects of M&A and financing transactions
Qualification
Required
3–5 years of relevant law firm or in-house experience
Strong knowledge of intellectual property and commercial contract law
Familiarity with data privacy regulations
Excellent drafting and negotiation skills
Ability to handle multiple client demands in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Technical background (e.g., Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Bioengineering)
